The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant neighborhood with excellent restaurants and shops nearby. the staff is friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any issues that may arise. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay after a day of exploring. the rooftop terrace offers a nice place to unwind and take in the surroundings.
The breakfast could use more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.

The hotel was well located in Palermo, only a few minutes (less than 5) from Plaza Salerno where most of the bars are centred. The subte (metro) is about 10-15mins walk but there are plenty of taxis around. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was also good but with a limited range of options (cereal, bread and fruit is the theme).
The room was rather cold but they provided a heater. The staff were friendly but a little disorganised - we were told our room would be ready in a few minutes which really meant over an hour and a half, plus they didn't inform us on arrival that our room had been downgraded to one without a jacuzzi. However, they were exceptionally helpful on our last day when we were looking for our next accommodation and went well beyond the expected level of service. The 24 hour hotel reception is also very helpful.

Great location for exploring local bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is in a safe and secure area, which made us feel comfortable walking around late at night. We loved the fact that there is a crossfit gym within walking distance. The nightlife starts late, around 2 AM, so we appreciated being just a few blocks away from the hotel.
Our room could have been cleaner, and we noticed a damp smell. The first floor room we stayed in was a bit dark.

We liked the location in the quiet street in Palermo a lot. Breakfast on the nice sunny terrace was excelent and so was the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfy too!
The pool is really more to just dip your toes.

Close to the best restaurants.
Very expensive for what it offers. Is a kind of hostel. Staff unfriendly. Small room and bathroom. Poor breakfast. Charged a rate at check out about 10% above the booking, after much discussion was granted the discount.

I liked the location and that the rooms had air conditioning. And the breakfast. The atrium is nice.
False advertising re. pool, there is no pool. The fact that my room had no working tv and the hair dryer broke. I requested a room change and that took a few days. The fact that they charged me twice. Once when the Booked.net payment and one when I left. Which is still not resolved.
